Using the service

You may use fillable.ca to fill, create, convert, sign, and collect PDF forms. You are responsible for the content of the documents you process and for having the right to use them.

Templates and forms

Our form templates are provided as a convenience and are not legal advice. For important or complex matters, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful documents, to infringe others' rights, or to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that conversions or OCR are perfect for every file.
