Files and processing

Our free PDF tools (fill, sign, merge, organize, images, and OCR) run entirely in your browser. Those files are never uploaded to our servers. Server-side conversions (for example PDF to Word) upload the file only to convert it, and the file is deleted immediately after.

Guided packs

When you create a guided pack, the original PDF and the submissions you collect are stored so you can access them from your dashboard. Only you, through your account or your private owner link, can view submissions. You can delete a pack at any time.

Accounts

If you create an account we store your email and a securely hashed password. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe holds the billing relationship and your payment information.

Email

If you send a form for signature, we email the recipients you specify. We do not sell or share your contacts.
