Is fillable.ca really free?
Yes. Filling, creating, signing, and organizing everyday PDFs is free with no account. Paid plans add unlimited conversions, OCR, saved forms, no export footer, and the API.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the Stripe billing portal in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you store my files?
The in-browser tools never upload your files. Server-side conversions upload the file only to convert it, then delete it immediately. Guided packs store the documents you choose to collect, and you can delete them anytime.
Which plan do I need for the API?
The API plan gives you keys to fill and parse PDFs programmatically with a monthly quota. See the developer docs for endpoints and limits.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
